Terms of use
Last updated: 2 November 2026.
1. Scope
These terms apply to this website and to the free LLM API at https://mlvoca.com/api/generate (together "the
service"), operated by Benedikt Augenstein (see the imprint). By using the service, you accept
these terms.
2. Use of the API
- The API is free of charge and intended for research, teaching, learning and personal projects. Commercial use is not allowed.
- Respect the rate limits. Do not try to circumvent them, for example by using many IP addresses.
- Do not use the service for illegal purposes, to generate illegal content, or in a way that harms the service or other users.
- Do not send personal data of other people or confidential information in prompts.
3. Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". It may be slow, interrupted, changed, limited or discontinued at any time, without notice. Access may be blocked for requests that break these terms.
4. Outputs
Responses are generated by language models. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether outputs are appropriate, legal and suitable for your use, and for any decisions you base on them. Using the service does not create a client, advisory or fiduciary relationship.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service or its outputs, including loss of data, business interruption or reputational harm. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
6. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; the version on this page applies. They are governed by Spanish law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
