2. Visiting this website
This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub B.V. (Prins Bernhardplein 200, 1097 JB Amsterdam, Netherlands) and GitHub, Inc. (88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you open a page, your browser sends technical data needed to deliver it, in particular your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser's user agent. GitHub logs IP addresses to keep the service secure. We do not receive these logs.
- Legal basis: article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is delivering the website securely.
- Transfer outside the EU: GitHub may process this data in the USA. GitHub is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and also uses the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- More information: GitHub General Privacy Statement.
3. Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console to see how the website performs in Google Search. It works with data Google collects in its own search engine; it adds no code to this website, sets no cookies and collects nothing from your visit here. See Google's privacy policy.
4. Cookies
This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no social media plugins, and it loads nothing from other servers. The only information stored on your device is one entry in your browser's local storage, so that the cookie notice is shown only once:
Name: mlvoca-cookie-notice
Content: the date the notice was shown
Storage period: until you clear your browser data
Shared with: no one; it never leaves your browser
This entry is strictly necessary to show the notice as intended and therefore needs no consent (article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002, LSSI-CE). The "Copy" buttons only write to your clipboard when you click them.
5. Using the API
When you send a request to https://mlvoca.com/api/generate, the server processes your IP address, the time of the
request, the request content (prompt and parameters) and the generated response.
- Purpose: generating the response, enforcing the rate limit and protecting the service against abuse.
- Legal basis: article 6(1)(b) GDPR (providing the service you request) and article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a secure and fairly shared service).
- Prompts and responses are processed in memory to generate the answer and are not stored.
- Rate limiting keeps your IP address in the server's memory for a few minutes.
- Server logs: the web server records the IP address, time, requested path, status code and user agent of each request. These logs are kept for up to 14 days and then deleted automatically.
- Hosting: the API server runs in a data center in Germany, operated by STRATO GmbH (Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany) as our processor.
Please do not send personal or confidential data in prompts.
6. Contacting us by email
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to answer you, and delete them when the conversation has ended. Legal basis: article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our email provider is STRATO GmbH (Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany), which stores and delivers email for us as a processor.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access (article 15 GDPR), rectification (16), erasure (17), restriction of processing (18), data portability (20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (21). To exercise them, email contact@mlvoca.com. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
8. Other information
- We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
- We update this policy when our processing changes; the date at the top shows the current version.
